Cancelled my trial but dropbox renewed it automatically and is now trying to charge me.

I cancelled my trial and dropbox cancelled it. They even sent me email proof as you can see. And then it automatically upgraded it on it's own. I'm attaching email proof of it. 3:41 I cancel, and right at 3:41 they upgrade it themselves almost automatically, and 3:58, which is when my trial would end, they try to charge me for it.

Here's the email chain proof -

Sorry for not being clear, I meant the warning email to say you were going to be charged if you didnt cancel in time. Those come out about 48 or 72 hours before the charge takes place.

That would usually be about 3 or so days before these. That is the one I was on about.

Hey Mark, the email is as if I upgraded the account myself. I've attached screenshots. The trial cancelling email confirms that my trial is cancelled, as you can see. So why would it confirm something and still charge me for it? If the trial hadn't been cancelled and they meant to cancel for the next month, then the whole message of "your trial has been cancelled" doesn't even make sense. then it would make more sense to write your plan, which they did write now when i tried to cancel it again. i'll attach that too:

I also got the trial cancellation email first, then a new upgradation email (within seconds) and then them trying to charge my card. I've attached that email order above as well. That makes no sense.

What does the email say about upgrading when it tells you they are going to do it? It looks like you didnt cancel in time - usually, when you are on a trial, (or even a reoccuring subscription) you have to cancel so many days in advance to avoid the charges. Apple Store upgrades for example need 48 hours notice.
