Was this resolved? Having the same issue now. Dropbox clearly is not much help on their forums. Put in a support ticket myself but I'm wondering if that will even work or if I should just take this up with my bank directly?
- R3alKrafty2 years agoHelpful | Level 5Hi yes it was resolved by their team when they emailed me directly, I responded to their questions and all was resolved, if this fails with you then u would advise going through your bank
