Cannot upgrade to Annual Family Plan via Play Store
I bought the Family Monthly plan via de Play Store and I want to upgrade to an Annual subcription yet the app doesn't let me do it?
I read that the "family" plan is not supported via Play Store but how is so, i was able to bought it via the Play Store as Monthly (and also Yearly but I choose first to try it out) but now i am unable to upgrade my plan to an annual basis.

Moreover, I see the "Want 2 months free? Pay Annually", but my only two options are Plus and Essentials. Should I let my current period expire and then resubscribe to the Annual plan via Play Store? I want my Play Points, hence me subscribing via the Play Store.

Hey jeremymolina - thanks for the nudge on this.
Would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
