How can I subscribe to an annual Dropbox plan on iOS?

Hi,

I am having trouble finding a way to subscribe to the annual plan for a Plus subscription in the Dropbox iOS app. I don't want to pay through the website but the monthly plan is too expensive.

Does anyone know how to subscribe to the annual Plus subscription within the iPhone app?

Thanks!

Thanks for the screenshot DanielMcGuire So, in this case, you can start your trial on monthly billing and then update your billing method either through these ways:

    1. Navigating to "Manage Plan" in the app and selecting billing period &

    2. Managing your subscriptions via your device's Settings>Apple Account> Subscriptions and then selecting your new Dropbox subscription.

    I hope this helps!

Hey DanielMcGuire - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

You should be able to find the annual Dropbox subscriptions within the App store on your mobile device upon upgrading through the Dropbox mobile app.

If you can't see them, could you send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

    Thank you.

Hey Walter, thanks for getting back to me! When I try to click on the plan I only get this screen (image 1, with the person on the sofa).

If I click "your plan" in the app itself, I get the second image.

Hey DanielMcGuire, I hope it's okay for me to jump in here!

After tapping on the free trial button, what do you see?

I see a confirmation screen to subscribe to the monthly plan with the first 30-days free.
