Can't Access email to cancel subscription
Hello,
I have an old account that was created with a former company email that I no longer have access to, and need to cancel my subscription.
I remembered my password, so I tried logging in to cancel the subscription, but it said it sent a confirmation code to the old work email when I tried (which I no longer have access to and thus could not login to cancel).
I tried using the "other code methods", but cannot remember enough information about the account to get a code to login.
Can anyone help? Just trying to cancel the account since I no longer use it and have not used it for months and months now.
I have proof of charges in my card statements, and a screenshot showing proof of my card being connected to the account.
Appreciate any help!

It is very unlikely you will be able to regain access: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access however support can help cancel the plan.
The only way though is via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even here, so use an incognito window.
This way may also give another contact method: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge
