Can't access previous bills after switching plan to Basic
Hi, after roughly 5 years on the Plus plan, I just switched to Basic the other day because I won't be needing Dropbox anymore. I wanted to download the last invoice (for April 2025) but can't access my Billing area anymore - all it tells me is "Something went wrong while retrieving your billing history. Please try again later." (Yes, I have tried this more than once.)
The cherry on top is that now that I'm on the Basic plan, I can't contact customer service to ask for my last invoice. Perfect...
So the question is, how do I access my invoices?

Often a quick way to fix that is to empty the cache/temp internet files of your browser and that then lets you in :)

Unfortunately that didn't help, but thanks for the quick reaction!

Hi Lupas, thanks for posting here today!
Please try what Mark suggested, or even try an entirely different browser.
If this doesn't work, you can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Keep me posted!

Hi Megan, thanks for your suggestions. Unfortunately, I didn't get a different result in a different browser, nor after clearing my cache. On the Support page, I found information about Billing, but not what to do when you get the error message I have.
If you can locate it on your end, that would be ideal. The EREF is Z8RT3X8TJKGLTDF3.
