Can't upgrade my account because I'm stuck in a free trial

Hi Dropbox Support, I’m locked out of my Dropbox account because a client shared a 4 TB folder with me  and even though I haven’t uploaded a single file myself, it pushed me over my 2 TB limit. Now...
