"cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect." - I can't upgrade my account.

I am trying to upgrade my account, but I'm getting an error when I choose credit card that states "cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect."  Since I do not have a paid account yet, I cannot talk to a live customer service person.  Any thoughts on how to make a payment?  I do not have paypal.

Hi AuntyMir, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Keep me updated with any progress!

    "cf.dropboxpayments.com refused to connect."

Is there a solution to this above problem at all? Tried whatever was mentioned, but to no avail.

There is literally no way of contacting the technical team, a month worth of work stalled, loss,  no one replies to the ticked. Totally disappointing, considering I have been using dropbox for a couple of years now.

There is no post or help in the community where this question is answered.

Hey Kunnal Shandilya, sorry to see that you're having an issue.

Are you trying to upgrade your account or renew your existing subscription?

    Where are you currently located?

jpfrancois, is this something you see on multiple browsers/incognito mode?
