Change from yearly to monthly plan ASAP

Hi! I have a yearly plan through work and am leaving my job. We need to change the account to a monthly as soon as possible. I can't find a way to do that. When I try to contact Support through chat, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

thanks!

Hi Wins920, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Have you tried contacting the support team via email on the Dropbox site?

When did you last upgrade to an annual plan?

This will help me to assist further!

Thanks! Oh, I think I upgraded my plan several years ago, like 2016?

According to your payments page, when was the last payment taken out for the annual subscription?

I should have had one taken out earlier this week for my annual renewal but didn't because my card expired.

Are you able to change the billing period by following these steps?
