I hope that someone REALLY reaches out to you! I am having the same problem. I communicated via chat with "Carter" on January 19, 2022, who assured me that the money would be refunded to my card. It is March 3, 2022 and I have yet to see the money in my bank account. They had no problem taking the money at 12:01 am on the date due. I attempted to contact someone SEVERAL times by sending an email, but NO RESPONSE. I tried calling the business number and of course, NO ONE can help me. I am thinking of filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and possibly having an attorney call or submit a letter. It is a very small amount of money, but it is the very fact that it has been a month and a half. I believe they purposely do not refund the money, thinking customers or former customers will forget. If they had better customer service or a number where they could be reached it would be no problem, but since I downgraded my plan I have NO way to "chat" with anyone at Dropbox. It is a SCAM!

Hey yenohos, it sounds like your payment was voided, instead of refunded.
That's why it hasn't appeared back in your available funds, because it might still be in a pending state.
You'll need to contact your bank, so they can move the amount out of a pending state.

Hello Hannah-
Thank you for checking. The payment should not have been voided. I have called my bank. There has never been anything pending or in dispute since January 19 and there is nothing pending now. The subscription price was taken from my account as a purchase and it needs to be replaced as a refund.
