I was able to look into this and at the moment, itâs only possible to opt in for a monthly billing cycle via UPI.
If youâd like to switch to an annual plan instead, then youâd need to downgrade and then, re-upgrade your Dropbox account with a different payment method.

Can you let me know what billing cycle are you on at the moment (yearly/monthly)? Also, whatâs your current plan type?

Hi,
I was moved to a 2 GB basic plan after my current yearly plan was expired. I tried paying for the yearly plan using my CC however payment doesn't go through as explained by everyone.
I can see the UPI option in the monthly plan but why is it not there in yearly plan?
What can we do to directly pay for the yearly plan as it saves us some amount?

I am ubale to pay for the additional 1TB space needed by my credit card issued in India. there is no option to pay by any other method. This problem has been there for 6 months now with many users reporting the same problem but dropbox has not yet provided any solution. Can dropbox team please help??
