I was able to look into this and at the moment, itâs only possible to opt in for a monthly billing cycle via UPI.
If youâd like to switch to an annual plan instead, then youâd need to downgrade and then, re-upgrade your Dropbox account with a different payment method.

Can you let me know what billing cycle are you on at the moment (yearly/monthly)? Also, whatâs your current plan type?

Do you have a transaction ID of the charge? If so, have you tried to locate the charge, using our self-serve look-up tool?
I'm suggesting this, in case you accidentally have two Dropbox accounts, and you upgraded the wrong one.
