Could you give me a bit more info in regards to the renewal hiccup you're experiencing? Do you get any specific errors?
Also, do you face this particular issue when trying to re-upgrade your account, or as your current plan tries to renew? What is your current plan at the moment?

I was on the Dropbox Professional plan and it has expired last evening. I am not able to renew it, it is not accepting any of the bank credit cards that I have. I have tried the paypal as well but with no results. I also wanted to get an additional 1GB space but the transaction did not happen for that as well.

Hey Springproind, sorry to jump in here, but can you clarify what plan are you on at the moment and send us a screenshot of any errors you might be getting when trying to upgrade or get the 1 TB add-on?
Did you try from this page directly by the way?
