Dropbox is still charging me after canceling my subscription.
I have cancel my Dropbox subscrpition still billing and but my card information still on the billing page. And I can't remove card myself.

I have found how to contract support from community and contracted them I think my problem should solve now. Thanks.

Did you upgrade through the Dropbox website, or through the app on a mobile device (Apple App Store/Google Play Store)?
Other than your billing info still being visible on the page, do you still receive charges about your plan?
Also what does you plan tab report?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Thanks for reply. I use Dropbox for several years so I have upgrade Dropbox through website a long time ago. My card information is still on the billing page but it has no information of current month charge but I know from the billing notification from my Bank.
