Dropbox won't let me cancel my Business Advanced trial!

(Business Advanced Trial) Payment Method
(Card - Trial so I haven't paid yet). How did you upgrade?
(Directly through the Dropbox website)

Dropbox doesnt have inbound email support.
You have to do it via http://www.dropbox.com/support
