Dropbox won't let me cancel my Business Advanced trial!

Dropbox Plan
(Business Advanced Trial)
Payment Method
(Card - Trial so I haven't paid yet).
How did you upgrade?
(Directly through the Dropbox website)

Question or Issue
I am trying to cancel my Dropbox business Advanced trial. I only signed up to the trial yesterday however I want to cancel it as I can't justify the cost. Despite attempting 50+ times, Dropbox will not let me cancel the trial!! When I click cancel trial, the page freezes every single time. The same thing happens on incognito windows in chrome (screenshot attached). There is no direct contact or support option for this anywhere. I also can not contact support directly as Dropbox does not give me the option to when I go to the support page (see other screenshot attached ). This is an absolute nightmare and clearly an issue with Dropbox, as I can see similar posts dating years back in the community. Please can someone cancel this trial subscription for me!! Infuriating!!
