fraudulent charges on my credit card
I have had an annual charge on my credit card. These charges are fraud. I need help removing my card and getting a refund.

If you never gave Dropbox your card details you need to contact your card issuer as THEY are the ones who need to help as your card has been cloned.
If you did then you need to follow https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
