Getting charged every month but I never signed up for a subscription. How can I stop the charges?
Help! I need a phone number for customer support, I keep getting a charge for $18.07 every month, I don’t know what email was used because this is fraud on my card! I never signed up for this account...

I have been charged $11.99 every month since 2015 and just realized I only have a FREE account on Dropbox. This is fraud and conveniently they don't have humans you can contact to discuss repairing this mess and refunding me alot of money! After viewing this chat section, it seems to be a very common problem. Maybe Dropbox needs to be investigated? I've asked for a phone call or email but I'm just getting "crickets". What are other victims doing about this?

The thing here is that we cannot charge you, unless you give us your billing info.
From our experience with this kind of situation, usually the case is that a user might have created and upgraded a different account and then forgot about it.
Another common case is when someone creates and upgrades an account for their work and then leaves that job and forgets to cancel the subscription.
Basically, in most cases, it's a different account that either the user forgot they had or someone else is using.
Have you used our lookup tool to see which account you've been paying for?
