Thats probably a conversation to have with Google Play. However, to use the website you need to cancel on the play store, wait for downgrade and then upgrade here on Dropbox.com

Hey Sirus713, let's see what we can find together about this!

It's not entirely clear to me what you wish to achieve on your end, would you mind clarifying?

Do you wish to change your plan type, or simply cancel the existing one?

    Let me know more!

I am looking to get a larger dropbox. 2tb is not enough space for me. I need 5-9tb so a business plan is probably best for me. I have already paid for a year of Plus and google tells me when I cancel that it will take affect in 1 year aug, 9 2025.
