How can I cancel a subscription for an account we no longer have access to?
How do I cancel. Nothing but dead ends

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
If you don't have access to the email address used for the account, then while filling out the form, make sure you enter an email address that you have access to so you can receive replies. Use the Other details section to list the actual email address of the account.
