How can I cancel my subscription? I don't see the "cancel plan" option.
Hi,
I have been charged $11.99 every month for years for the dropbox account that I no longer use. I would like to cancel the subscription and even delete my dropbox account if necessary.
I followed the online instruction - logged into my account > opened setting> opened "plan", but at the bottom of this page, I don't see "cancel subscription" option. I have NOT used any mobile device other than my PC to access my dropbox, so I don't know why I don't see this option.
Can somebody help me how I can cancel this subsription?
Thank you.

If you're not seeing the option to cancel, then you're likely being charged for a different account from the one you're signed in to. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to determine the account you're being charged for, then sign in to that account.

Yes, the plan is Dropbox Basic. However, DB is charging my CC $11.99 each month!!! Complete scam.

Hi alc1118, I'd be more than happy to help!
You could use our self-search look-up tool in order to locate the Dropbox account behind the charge. Can you give it a go?
Also, did you recall upgrading using our website directly, or an in-app store from Google/Apple?
Let me know more!

I did not upgrade with Google or Apple Pay. There is no cancellation button under "Plan" or anywhere on the pages. No "Admin" buttons. Please cancel and reimburse.

Hi alckc, have you tried submitting a support request, using this page?
Just make sure you're using an incognito tab on your browser, and you're not signed into your Dropbox account.

Not incognito. Please cancel the subscription.

Hey alckc, sorry to jump in here.
If you did not upgrade your account with Google Play/iTunes and there's no "cancel" option in your account settings online, it sounds like you're signed into the wrong Dropbox account.
You can use our payment lookup tool, to find the email of the paid account, so that you can login and cancel the subscription.
If you're having trouble with this, let me know and I will send you an email, to help you out.
