How can I convert my Dropbox account from personal to Business Essentials?

I have a personal plus account. I started a small business and need the business essentials to use with a few clients. I don't see this option on the upgrade page. Is this possible? Thanks.

I don't see any help or threads on this. I see articles about convert from personal to team member, but that's not my situation.

I can also replicate what CatMasa  is seeing via my old soon to be retired plus account ....

The whole new/upgrade subscription path is so fragmented and convoluted with so many new and old options even the Dropbox staff are confused ... Its a mess!

    Click on "view upgrade options"

and you get this page .... no Essentials which I was told in the very distant past would replace Professional - if so why is the Professional plan still a thing for new customers. 😔

    Error 404

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Seven days now, 4 different staff posting incorrect info or erroneous questions.

    Hi CatMasa,

Seems like there is something wrong with the way you are typing the link. If you notice your "Essentials" the letter E is spelled out in All Caps , and that is when the error is. If you type all in lowercase letters that should address the issue : https://www.dropbox.com/buy/essentials

    Hope this helps

I copied and pasted the link you first gave me, earlier. It pastes with the capital E. If you try right now, you will see. It has the incorrect URL.

The second time you gave the link, it is correct.

I didn't type it incorrectly because I never typed it. I just copied and pasted the link you provided. Whoever created the link typed it incorrectly.

It's frustrating that after a week of incorrect answers from staff, they blame it on me - incorrectly.

Hi again, CatMasa! Since the issue still persists, can I go ahead and log you a ticket? We can investigate this internally this way and check what else may be happening.

I can message you to the email address you see here, if that’s OK with you.

    Hi Nancy,

I think based on what he/she mentioned in his/her last message which states " The second time you gave the link, it is correct. ", that he/she already was able to purchase the Essentials Plan 3TB. It just happened that the first link I sent him/her has the incorrect link because my computer has this auto All Caps on the first letter of the word.

Hey CatMasa - sorry for the nudge on this, but I was wondering if you're still having issues with this.

If so, can we reach out via email to have a further look internally at this point?
