Indeed, this promotion with Adobe does exist, however, it cannot be redeemed if you're already on a Dropbox Plus subscription, just like the error message mentioned.
It works for existing users, just not the ones that have already purchased their plan.

I am trying to use my clean account without subscription, I am trying to open offer link to a new clean browser (install firefox) without account. I try to open offer link to incognito in my Safari browser. With all these ways I got error "The cash code can't be applied, please contact sales for more information.
