How to prevent a recurring payment on an account I no longer have access to?
Hello,
Last year I paid for a drop box account for work with my personal credit card and was reimbursed by the company. I believe the account is set to renew automatically next month.
I was laid off from that company last month and no longer have access to the email account to change any of the settings or cancel the account - the email account was a company email.
I want to make sure that my personal credit card is not charged for a renewal. What do I do to fix this?

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
