I cancelled my subscription but didn't get my money back
2 Month back i bought plus subscription and paid around 5000rs after next day i unsubscribed it but i think i didnt get my money back
can any one clarify on that please

When you cancel your subscription, you're essentially cancelling the auto-renewal and you get to enjoy your subscription till the end of your current billing cycle.
That said, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance with this through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant details.
