From what I understand, youâre being asked for the one-time code thatâs sent to your inactive email address when trying to sign in to Dropbox. Is this correct?
Other than that, are the charges you received linked directly to Dropbox, or iTunes/Google Play? You can also double check this in your bank statement.
Let me know what you find, and weâll go from there.

Correct, I can't sign in because I can't receive the one time codes. What I can't figure out is how the account is even active now, because my email expired in November of 2023 and I didn't have a paid Dropbox account at the time.
The charge was directly from Dropbox.
