I can't access my paid account because the email address is expired; how can I get a refund?
So I have an old email that has expired. I didn't even know that my associated Dropbox account was still active, but it apparently is because I have a charge on my credit card for the $119 renewal fe...

9 months agoDropbox only issues refunds where legally required https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund
In terms of contacting support go to www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even to here, so try and use an incognito window. That will let you open a support ticket

That's pretty convenient for them in these kinds of situations. I could swear I didn't pay for the account last year but now I'm getting charges. But how do I prove anything when I can't even get into an old inactive account?
If they could get me signed back in then I could at least view my old files that I've been locked out of. But still don't really need them for $120. I'll check out the support page again I guess. Thanks Mark.
