I can't cancel my subscription as I don't have the email address/password.
Need to cancel a subscription but email domain no longer exists and I forgot the password.
i filled out Dropbox’s form in November and mailed it in.I am still getting charged.
Disputed the charge to my card last month but have been charged again this month.
what should I do? I tried the chat to no avail.

Hi again, Epicure1959! It looks like your ticket was sent to an unmonitored queue. Did you log it while being signed in to your Dropbox account perhaps?
In any case, I can go ahead and open a ticket for you instead, so that we can look into this. Can I contact you at the email address you see here?
