I can't cancel my subscription plan, as I don't have access to its email address.
I can't cancel my subscription plan because the email associated with the account no longer exists, it was an email from my previous job and it's now deleted so I can't sign in and I keep getting cha...

I don't know the password and it's been upgraded through dropbox.com most likely

I'd suggest going to this page, while not logged in once again (or from an incognito/private browsing window) and try to submit another request.
This time, however, please use an email address you can access, so that our team can reach you.
