I can't figure out how to cancel my Basic plan before it charges me.
chatbot wants a bunch of info that i am not going to submit to a bot....CC #, SS#, on and on. I just want to cancel and go on with my life.
You're right, I got the trial using an alternative email address. Trial now cancelled, jim wilkie you have to have obtained the trial using an alternative email address.

Since Dropbox Basic is our free plan, is it possible you have a second Dropbox account that has been upgraded to a trial instead?
