I can't sign up for a free trial for Dropbox fax.

i cant sign up for a free trial because the dropdown wont allow me to select 'area code'  and it wont let me click the CTA unless i select an area code. Tried in chrome and firebox and wont wont work

    Yes, as mentioned. i tried different computers w/ different web browsers.

    Hey there, ddsss25, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Have you also tried the troubleshooting steps mentioned throughout this thread, such as switching to a different browser? 

     

    Also, just to make sure we're on the same page, do you wish to purchase a Dropbox Fax plan, or a Dropbox plan? 

     

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

    I have the same problem. tried multiple computers all the same thing. Strange enough i'm from california too.

    Tried multiple browsers, incognito, etc. Still no luck

    Experiencing the same. Tried in incognito and still no luck. Trying to sign up for the Small Business plan and cant get it to work!

    Have both of you tried an incognito window, as well? Do you keep experiencing the same behavior?
