I can't upgrade due to an endless captcha task

I downgraded my dropbox from a team account to private account.

After that my Account was full, i need to upgrade.

 

I can not upgrade because of endless captcha task.

i need to find the arrows which together get a sum of 8. 

this task has 5 tasks.

after i did these, they are 20 more of these task.

if you continue also these 20 tasks, which takes more than 10minutes the procedure starts again.

 

this is so annoying.

thats so stupid.

    and the most worst behavior is: i can not contact support, because i only have a basic membership. LOL. But i paid at least 5 years 2500 Dollars...
