I can't upgrade to a paid plan
I've been trying to upgrade my account for months, but when I press on any of the upgrade options, all that I see is a white window that appears. A few weeks ago I would see "Error 500", at least that doesn't appear anymore. I don't want to start a new account because my old one contains 100 GB of files that I would then loose because the account is on a basic plan.
I've been trying to talk to customer support forever, but it's been extremely frustrating, as the emails I get back just sound like they're chatGPT regurgitating troubleshooting tips that have nothing to do with my problem.

Hi leette, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Have you tried switching browsers entirely to see if this helps?
This will help me to assist further!

Thanks @Jay for getting back to me. I've tried different browsers, with and without institutional VPNs and on different devices, so it appears to be account related.

As a precaution, could you try accessing the site using a different device or network entirely, since there shouldn't be any errors on the billing page?
