I have an unauthorized upgrade on my account and I want a refund
Hi. I have an unauthorized upgrade on my account. I would like a refund immediately, thank you for your help.

If those are ticket numbers, then you've already taken the necessary action. Only Support will be able to assist with this. Also, don't open more than one ticket. Each time you open a new ticket it moves you back to the end of the queue.
If those aren't current tickets, then you need to contact Support. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Additionally, Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank.
