I have an unknown charge of 11.99 on my card, why?
Hey, I have been charged 11.99 for Dropbox but I never had an account or purchased anything. I can’t even contact support or find the payment in the billing tool. Has anyone encountered something similar?

Hi He1syy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link, and then entering an email address that you can access to contact the team.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response sent via email in a few minutes, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system. - He1syy8 months agoNew member | Level 1
