Here's the charge in question. I have provided every piece of information requested by your support and all I got in response is the obviously false claim that you are simply unable to find the corresponding account or delete me from your system. It certainly is very convenient to pretend like you're selling me a service on one hand, and then immediately act like my account doesn't exists when I'm fighting to not get charged anymore.
