I keep getting monthly bills from Dropbox and I can't contact anyone for a refund.

Hi, I have a problem with dropbox. I tried contacting the billing team and they havent got back to me yet and its been 3 days since. I never received any response from them. 

I just noticed at my online banking that they've been deducting money from my bank account since November 2024! every. single. month. 

Any advice??????? It's really annoying that I can't give them a call.

    Hi, any updates?? my problem here hasn't been resolved yet. I'm a 100% sure this month I'm gonna get billed again. fix this ASAP. I'm done waiting

    I keep on waiting and waiting for an update and everytime someone gets back to me they dont have the solution to my problem. This is so frustrating

    No, there's none if there is I will see it on my inbox. The last update Megan gave me was to transfer me to a different department that specialize with this problem and NO ONE REACHED OUT.

    I’ve checked again now and I can still see their latest reply. 

    Can you please make sure you’re checking the correct email address (the one that’s linked to your Community profile here) and that you’ve also looked at your email’s spam box?
