I need a more economical plan for extra quota

I greatly appreciate my free access to Dropbox features, and would like to upgrade to a better plan.  Unfortunately, I can't justify $12/month for the most economical plan offered.  I don't really even need 1TB of space, but would certainly be willing to subscribe to such a plan for $8/month, or less.  (I can't imagine that there aren't plenty of others like me.)

Dropbox have previously, and repeatedly, comment on this that it isn't commercially viable to have smaller plans. Simply put too many people on higher ones downgrade and the increase in revenue from new users doesn't outweigh the ones who downgrade.

They also point out that they arent really a storage company any more due to all of the other things they have.

Hi Gary Spears, thanks for messaging the Community.

We do have a Basic Extra plan, on which more info can be found from this link

Bear in mind that this plan isn't currently available to all users globally.

If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
