I paid for a 2TB plan, but I still have a Basic subscription. I'm afraid my account might close.

That means you are logged in to the wrong account - you are paying for a different account to have the quota. You need to log out of the free one and in to the paid one and move the data around.
https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge may help you identify which account email you used 🙂
