I paid for a Plus plan via iDEAL, but my Dropbox account hasn't been upgraded.

How did you upgrade?
Through website - after receiving warning message that I needed to upgrade.
Question or Issue
I just upgraded my account from the Basic to the Plus. I've moved to the Netherlands, so I paid in euros using iDEAL. The money has left my bank account, but my Dropbox account has not been upgraded. What is happening? Please upgrade my account or refund the money.
