I paid for account and the invoice was generated but the account still hasn't upgrade.

Payment Method
(Card)
How did you upgrade?
(Dropbox website)
payment method - credit card - directly through dropbox website - inolvice number - removed by moderator
Question or Issue
payment made but account still downgraded - how can a company this big be so poorly managed
