I purchased a plan, but my account still seems to be on a Basic subscription.
I bought a family plan and have a charge for such on my credit card back on August 28th. my account still reads basic and I get asked every time I login to upgrade. I do not have any confirmation fro...

Have you tried using our Look Up tool? This will let you look up the transaction ID of the charge on your credit card to see the account linked to the charge.
I only mention this as it's possible the family plan might have been made on a different email than expected.
