I received a charge for an inactive account
I have not used Dropbox in years and had an INACTIVE account when I received a completely random charge today through PayPal for $119.98. There is NO way to receive ANY support for this issue directl...

Since you were billed via your PayPal account, and it isn’t possible to look up the charge with our lookup tool indeed, you’ll need to contact our support team directly about this.
Please follow these steps to contact them, and they’ll further assist. Feel free to send me your ticket number here afterwards.
If you face any kind of issues though, let me know and I’ll look into it.
