I received a message that I have two Dropbox accounts with the same Apple ID and I see no upgrade.
I paid to upgrade but the upgrade never appeared on my account. I tried again and I received the message that I had 2 accounts with the same Apple ID ! The money has been taken from my account but still no upgrade.
I only have one DropBox account so cannot resolve the problem.
Zero customer service with Dropbox when there is a problem.
Hi Megan
I requested a refund via Apple and I received a message to say the refund had been approved.
I’ll attach the initial invoice anyway.
So I guess I will leave it at that. It has consumed too much time and left me rather irritated.
Thanks for your assistance

Hey Katie Kerr let me also jump in here!
It'd be most helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the message you received, please.
It'll help me get a visual too. Just make sure to redact any personal info shown there.

When the upgrade never appeared on my Dropbox account I initially tried to upgrade again. I received a message stating it was not possible as I seemed to have 2 Dropbox accounts with the same Apple ID. No idea what the other account is. I certainly cannot access it.

No error messages on my Dropbox account and it does not confirm any payment for the upgrade. No upgrade either. I only have the basic account. However apple confirmed the payment by email and it has been debited from my bank account. Apparently due to be renewed on 7th April. Obviously I cancelled the subscription via Apple.

Hi Katie Kerr, when you followed the steps provided by my colleague, did you receive any error messages or did it confirm that it added the upgrade to your Dropbox account?
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

Just to confirm I followed the steps above but there is only one account for my name and e mail that I can see.

Signed in with Apple, and received a confirmation e mail 48 hours later to my normal e mail, to confirm the money had been debited.
Still no upgrade on my account, just the basic. - Nancy9 months ago

Hey Katie Kerr, welcome to our Community.
Since you upgraded your Dropbox account via iTunes, I’d like you to try these steps next and let me know if they help (in case you haven’t tried them already).
Other than that, did Dropbox send you any kind of confirmation via email when you paid for an upgrade the first time?
Keep me posted.
