Hi Jay, the Plus plan is listed under my iCloud subscription as valid with a monthly payment. when i try to restore my subscription I obtain an error code saying (NSURL ErrorDomain-Error 409.)

Have you tried contacting iTunes support for further assistance regarding the payment to Dropbox?

Hi. No, there is no confirmed payment under this page. Just the old CC. Will contact apple. Any other idea ?
