I seem to be having problems stopping a cancellation of a Family plan
We inadvertently cancelled our existing family plan a few weeks ago. But we now seem to be having problems stopping that cancellation which is due to happen in a few days. When we go to the account and tell it to stop the cancellation it just seems to ignore the request. It is still showing it is due for cancellation.
I'm not quite sure what to do now!

Hi simon8783, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you clarify how you are able to stop the cancellation of the Family plan, since this isn't an option available by Dropbox?
This will help me to assist further!
- simon87832 years agoExplorer | Level 3We just simply accessed Dropbox via a browser entered the account area and asked to cancel the subscription (in fact we meant to change the subscription).
We must have been able to do it as the account is now showing it will end soon. - simon87832 years agoExplorer | Level 3We also have tried re-subscribing but it will not accept payment after we submit our card details !!

Thanks for the info, as you're still on the Family plan and it hasn't yet cancelled, please could you contact the support team directly from this link and explain that you wish to revert the cancellation if possible.
