I upgraded my Dropbox account and I keep seeing a banner saying my card is expired.
I have a red credit card expired banner that won't go away. This started when I upgraded my account.

I did re-enter the credit card details. The banner is still there.

9 months agoThanks for giving it a go, Jeff Dominic Price. From what I could find in the meantime, you also have a support ticket with our team and it’s been sent over to our specialists.
Since they’re investigating this already, I’d suggest continuing with them directly and replying to their latest email; they’ll further assist you after that.
