I upgraded to the Plus plan, but Dropbox still shows I have 2GB of space.
Hello We have upgraded to 2TB this morning. I can see the transaction on our bank account but storage space is still only 2GB. We have not received a receipt /confirmation either.

Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?
Also, how have you been paying for your Dropbox subscription? Directly through your credit cad or through iTunes/Google Play?
If you've been paying through credit card, you can try our payment lookup tool, to find the email address associated with the account you're paying for.

We paid for the one we use and are logged into. Not sure how it might pay for a different one...
We paid with a debit card. The amount (£95.88) shows as pending on our bank account.
