I upgraded to the Plus plan, but Dropbox still shows I have 2GB of space.
Hello,
I have just paid for my account to be upgraded to a plus account as I have run out of storage. The payment of £9.99 has been taken from my account and my account is labelled as Plus but my storage volume has remained the same.
I have not received an email or invoice confirming the account has been updated.
Please can someone advise what I can do?

Is it possible that you're paying for a different Dropbox account than the one you mainly use?
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account? Also, what does your plan page report right now?
