I want to cancel my subscription. How can I achieve that?

I cannot find where I can cancel my subscription.  I am tired of going around and around.  I WANT TO CANCEL IT NOW.  I don't want to delete it, just cancel it.  I've finished my book and no longer ne...

    Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I was able to locate your ticket number, and it seems that our agent has already replied back. Did you have a chance to review their email?
